Welcome to the weekend – a slow flow, but strong and energising class to start the day and get the weekend off to a bright and early start. This class introduces and breaks down sun salutations and standing and seated postures for beginners as well as more experienced students. All levels are welcome. There is plenty of time for a proper wind-down at the end of class, coming down to earth with breath work and deep relaxation, so that everyone leaves class feeling centred, calm and energised.
