This is a slow and safe, deeply relaxing class introducing and breaking down a range of spinal release postures for beginners as well as more experienced students. All levels are welcome. There is plenty of time for a proper wind-down with relaxing breath work, so that everyone leaves class feeling centred and calm - the perfect way to wind down mid-semester.
Places are limited to 12 people. £12 per person.
Priority will be given to existing students of my regular Manchester classes.
