REST, RESTORE AND REVIVE
New Year's Yoga and Hiking Retreat
After the celebrations and excesses of the festive season, join Gillian on a mid-winter retreat to rest, restore and revive body and mind for the New Year 2019. Surrounded by vast and ancient woodlands, the retreat takes place in Somerset in the luxurious setting of 42 Acres. This is an inspirational location perfect for easily connecting to nature, tuning in to your self and sharing a transformational weekend of hatha yoga, hiking, nourishing food and meditation practice alongside others.
Practice yoga in the beautiful, heated yurt, enjoy meditation in the snug, and eat locally sourced, home-grown and home-cooked food prepared by the 42 Acres chef. Sleep in gorgeous bedrooms, enjoy a massage and take time for your self in any of the beautiful resting places at the retreat.
